Who we are
FollowRail is a digital product sold at followkit.online. For privacy questions, email support@followkit.online.
Information we collect
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-L9WTDM618E) to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser). Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies.

- Support email. If you write to us, we keep the message and your contact details only as needed to reply and resolve the request.
How we use information
- Operate and improve the website
- Fulfill orders and send product access
- Respond to support and refund requests
- Understand which pages are useful (analytics)
Sharing
We share data only with providers that help run the product—currently Creem (payments/delivery) and Google Analytics—under their respective privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Analytics cookies (or local storage equivalents) may be set by Google Analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site will still work, though metrics will be incomplete.
Data retention
Analytics retention follows our Google Analytics settings. Support emails are kept as long as useful for the conversation or legal obligations. Payment records are retained by Creem per their policies.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold (for example, support correspondence) by emailing support@followkit.online. For payment-account data, contact Creem as well.
Children
FollowRail is intended for adults running freelance businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
