Refund Policy
FollowRail is a $23.99 one-time digital Notion template. Delivery means a Notion Duplicate link after payment (thank-you page and email receipt)—not a physical shipment.

For refunds, delivery, or product questions, email qijinxiao290@gmail.com. Include your order email / Creem receipt and a short description of the issue. We usually reply within 2 business days.
Digital delivery
After successful checkout through Creem, you receive access to Duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace. That Duplicate access is the product you purchased.
When we may refund (within 7 days)
Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund if:
- The Duplicate / access link is broken or never arrives, and we cannot promptly fix delivery; or
- Promised content is missing compared with what followkit.online described at purchase, and we cannot supply it.
Fees & amount refunded
If we approve a refund, it is processed through Creem to your original payment method. Creem / payment-processor fees and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted. We cannot guarantee a full refund of the amount you paid; the net amount returned depends on what the payment provider can reverse.
After a successful Duplicate
If you have already successfully duplicated a working copy into your Notion workspace, refunds are not guaranteed. We may consider requests case by case (for example clear delivery defects), but change of mind, preference for another tool, or layout taste after working access is generally not refundable.
Other cases usually not refunded
- Issues caused by your Notion plan, permissions, or account limits
- Requests long after purchase when the product was delivered as described
- Sharing or loss of access after you received a working Duplicate link
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go through Creem. Timing depends on Creem and your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please email us first so we can fix delivery or review an eligible refund. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to order cancellation and loss of access.
