Terms of Service
By purchasing or using FollowRail, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the product.
The product & delivery
FollowRail is a $23.99 one-time digital Notion template (freelance CRM / client follow-up / invoice follow-up). It is digital goods—not physical shipping.
Delivery: after successful payment via Creem, you receive a Notion Duplicate link (thank-you page and email receipt) to copy the template into your own Notion workspace. That Duplicate access is what you purchased.

License
- You get a personal (or single-business) license to use FollowRail in your own Notion workspace.
- You may customize the duplicated template for your work.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share the Duplicate link publicly, or claim the template as your own product for sale.
Accounts & third parties
You need a Notion account to use the template. Checkout and payment processing are provided by Creem. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to payment and delivery.
No professional advice
FollowRail is a productivity template. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You remain responsible for how you manage clients, invoices, and communications.
Availability & changes
We aim to keep followkit.online and delivery working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the template description, price, or site content. Purchases already completed keep the access you were granted at purchase unless a refund applies under our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The product is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Notion’s own uptime and features are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FollowRail’s total liability for any claim related to the product or site is limited to the amount you paid for FollowRail. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the template.
Refunds
Digital delivery is the post-payment Duplicate link. Within 7 days, you may request a refund if the link is broken / missing or promised content is missing and we cannot fix it, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are processed through Creem. Payment-processor (Creem) fees and other costs may be deducted; a full refund is not guaranteed. If you already successfully Duplicated a working copy, refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case by case.
